Day 6, Tuesday July 22-Bryan Watanabe

I had a nice relaxing morning and breakfast, great way to start the day! After breakfast, Kevin, Curtis, Rhonda & I headed over to Scripture Union in Bulawayo to meet the young adults we'll train. They will also teach the Smart Choices program with us on Wed-Fri. We had 16 in our class and they were all great. Good energy, eager to learn & teach, most importantly they all have a love for Jesus. Very nice young men & women, definitely looking forward to teaching alongside them this week.
We had around a 5.5 hour session with them and I'm confident they will do well tomorrow.
After we finished there, Jeff Scorziell took Kevin & I over to his church for their weekly young adults discipleship program.
We had an open discussion with around 15 young men & women on
Proverbs 16:2 "All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes, But the LORD weighs the spirits."
Great discussion & I was very impressed of their knowledge of Scripture & personal application. Curtis & Rhonda showed up a little late but just in time as the men & women from Bulawayo asked a couple questions to get to know us a little better.
After the group ended, we came home and had a nice conversation with everyone over dinner. I even had around 15min to FaceTime with my wife & kids, miss them a lot!
Big day tomorrow as we'll possibly be teaching over 400 students at 2 different schools! That will be a challenge but it will be fun!
