Day 5, Monday July 21-Bryan Watanabe

Woke up @ 6am with Mitch, Jeff, Bianca & Melissa to get an early start on seeing some wild animals!
Kevin, Curtis, Rhonda & Glynn headed up to see Victoria Falls since today would be there only chance.
Had a great morning drive through the game reserve, had a late breakfast then headed back out for a 3.5 drive to look at more wild animals.
Best part was finding around 20 elephant in 1 spot with a couple babies. They crossed the road in front of us & also behind us. We even got a warning sign from the big male to let us know we were possibly a little too close. On our way out we found another 6 elephant at a watering hole. This time the male elephant gave us 2 warning signs that we might be a little too close so we decided to definitely back up, haha.
Mitch & I found a big femur & skull bone from a elephant so we needed to take a pic with them.
We left the park around 2:30pm to meet up with the rest of the team that visited Victoria Falls. Thankfully everyone made it back safe. The 8 of us said goodbye to each other as Mitch, Bianca, Melissa & Glynn went to Victoria Falls to teach the Smart Choices program while Kevin, Curtis, Rhonda & I headed back with Jeff to Bulawayo so we can teach there.
Got to ride in the back of the truck for a 3 hr ride back to Jeff's house, didn't have enough room in the front. :)
Made it home around 6pm, had dinner & took a nice hot shower.
Kevin, Curtis, Rhonda & I went over the Smart Choices program in order to prepare for our training session with the brand new Bulawayo team.
Looking forward to meeting & training new people so they can teach the program to many young men & women that attend the local Bulawayo schools.
